Unit 1: Surviving the First 90 Days is composed of (6) Modules:

Unit 1:
A Positive Work Ethic

Teach your students about proper work ethic, and how their personal habits affect work performance. At work,the boss’ opinion matters most.

You will teach your students good workplace manners, overall conduct, and disposition. Behavior can be even more important than experience.

Teach students that boss’ love when employees ask questions. It is also important to do things as directed, while putting in extra effort.

Excuses simply do not fly at work. Students will learn that tasks should be completed as best as they can, without complaining.

Being honest is a sought after quality in a long-term employee. Stealing, lying, and breaking promises will all lead to termination.

Teach students that the interview starts when they enter the employer’s door. Appearance and maturity will help them “win the interview.”
