Your students will learn to distinguish friendly from hurtful teasing and how to deal with it using a variety of COOL responses.

Teenage and adult students with special needs will benefit from learning how to respond to difficult people and situations involving anger.

This module defines criticism for students; it distinguishes valid from invalid criticism and explains why some people criticize at all.

This modules teaches students a new perspective on bullying as they are taught why people bully. They also learn to recognize dangerous bullies.
