Resolution: Negotiation Skills
BeCool Give & Take
BeCool Give & Take expands the BeCool Middle School series beyond coping with provocation to actually teach kids how to negotiate long-term resolution of disputes. Students will learn how to use proven negotiation techniques to work out solutions to differences without involving demands, threats or intimidation.

BeCool Middle School 2 is composed of four modules:
Module 1: Give & Take vs. Demands
Show students there are more effective ways to settle differences than by simply making DEMANDS. Introduces basic skills used by leading negotiators in government and business.

Module 2: Give & Take vs. Intimidation
INTIMIDATION fosters anger and resentment and often leads to counter-aggression. Introduces the elements of a W.I.S.E. agreement, one that builds trust and leads to future cooperation.
