Special Needs Edition: Keeping Cool Through Adolescence
 Winner of the New York Film Festival, BeCool: High School is the original program of the series, which focuses on high school-age students and young adults as they make the transition to the "real world." The video scenarios depict ordinary conflicts of daily living and shows students how emotions, not managed effectively, can result in aggressive behavior, social withdrawal and loss of self-esteem.

BeCool High School is composed of four modules:
Module 1: Teasing
If not managed effectively, teasing can result in aggressive behavior, social withdrawal and loss of self-esteem. With this module, you'll help students understand teasing and why people tease, distinguish friendly from hurtful teasing, and learn how to effectively deal with this behavior using a variety of "cool" responses.

With this module, you'll define criticism for students, help them to distinguish valid from invalid criticism. Students will learn effective ways to "coolly" deal with criticism.
